All sales on puppies, clothing, and accessories are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on puppy deposits or clothing purchases.

For customers using credit or debit cards, the billing and shipping addresses must match. If they do not match, additional verification will be required for security purposes.

Please note that any items purchased that are out of stock will require up to 12 additional days for fulfillment
